PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding (dry)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 quartered, sliced bananas
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Mix the Cool Whip and dry instant pistachio pudding. Add the crushed pineapple and juice. Stir to blend. Add rest of ingredients except bananas. Refrigerate. Add bananas shortly before serving.
