MANICOTTI (MICROWAVE) 
1/2 lb. beef, uncooked
1/2 of 16 oz. can refried beans
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
8 manicotti shells
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. picante sauce
8 oz. sour cream

Combine beef, beans, oregano and cumin. Fill uncooked manicotti shells with meat mixture. Put in pan. Combine water and sauce, pour over shells, cover and cook on high 10 minutes. Giving half a turn once. Turn shells half a turn. Cook 17 to 19 minutes or until tender. Mix sour cream, onions and olives. Spoon down center of manicotti and top with cheese. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer. Good and easy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
