GRANDMA WILSON'S HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground fresh pork
1 lb. ground ham
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Dash pepper

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients together (except for glaze). Form into rounded loaf in loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees. Drain grease from pan. Mix ingredients for glaze and pour over meat. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Can be garnished with pineapple and cherries prior to baking.
