SHRIMP STROGANOFF | |
1/4 c. minced onion 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 lbs. peeled shrimp 1/2 lb. mushrooms 1 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 1/4 tsp. salt - pepper 1 tbsp. butter In large skillet, saute onion in 1/4 cup butter. Add shrimp. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to dish and keep warm. Add to skillet mushrooms and 1 tablespoon butter. Saute until browned. Sprinkle in flour and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in shrimp mixture and sour cream. Add salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until hot; do not boil. |
