BEST BROCCOLI SALAD 
SALAD:

3 cups broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup raisins

DRESSING:

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then make the dressing, pour over the salad mix and stir. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes before serving.
