1 c. chopped nuts
1 can coconut
German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Greased 13 x 9 baking dish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease do not flour 13 x 9 dish. Layer chopped nuts, and 1 can coconut. Prepare cake mix by directions. Pour over coconut. Combine 1 stick butter, confectioners' sugar and cream cheese. Spoon on top of cake mix. Bake for about 50 minutes.
