HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lbs. beef cubes
1 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. paprika
6 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup

Mix ingredients in bowl adding water to suit own tastes for gravy. Add to beef cubes. (Taste before adding vinegar, if too sweet; add sugar if too sour). Bring to boil and then simmer at least 1 hour longer. Serve over noodles.
