GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Garlic
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles by package directions. Drain and put in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Brown meat, onion and pepper. Drain and add tomato paste and garlic. Put mixture on top of noodles.

Mix together 8 ounce sour cream and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Put this on top of meat mixture. Top with shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees until casserole is hot and cheese melts. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
