SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb shrimp
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 can drained mushrooms
Fresh or garlic in oil to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. crab meat
3/4 c. cooked white rice
Grated sharp cheese
Cracker crumbs

Melt cream cheese and 1 stick butter using double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter and add to cheese mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab and rice. Mix well, place in 2 quart casserole and top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
