SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter 1 lb. shrimp or crawfish 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1/8 c. chopped parsley 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can French onion soup 1 sm. can mushroom steak sauce 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. washed rice Red pepper & salt to taste Saute onion, pepper and parsley in melted butter. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix together well. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch Pyrex pan at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour uncovered, then 20 to 25 minutes covered. |
