EASY BAKED BEANS 
4 or more slices stripples
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 cans (1 lb. each) vegetarian beans in tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar (less or none if preferred)
1 tsp. soy sauce

Saute stripples until crisp in small amount of oil; add onions, saute until tender. Drain. Combine stripples and onions with remaining ingredients in 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until hot. Stir occasionally.
