CARROT QUICK BREAD | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. molasses 2/3 c. salad oil 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. chopped nuts In large mixing bowl, beat together first 4 ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into well greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until it tests done. |
