ONION BEEF SOUP (MICROWAVE) | |
3 med. onions, thinly sliced 1/4 c. butter 4 c. beef broth 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. paprika Grated Parmesan cheese Combine onions and butter in 3 quart microproof casserole. Cover and cook on high 10 to 12 minutes, or until onions are transparent, stirring once during cooking time. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cook on high 10 to 11 minutes or until hot. Serve in bowls with cheese sprinkled on top. 6 servings. Cooking time 20 to 23 minutes. |
