LASAGNA 
1 (12 oz.) lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles. Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, paste, brown sugar, and seasonings and simmer sauce. Layer noodles, sauce, and cheeses, ending with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
