ORANGE - WALNUT FUDGE 
3 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. orange peel
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Line an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan with foil so it extends over edges of pan. Butter the foil; set pan aside. Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa into a medium bowl; set aside.

In a small saucepan combine butter, milk and orange peel. Cook over medium heat just until boiling, stirring constantly until butter is melted.

Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir into powdered sugar mixture. Add walnuts and stir well. Spread in prepared pan and chill in refrigerator. Cut into 1-inch squares.
