ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus
1 stick butter
1/4 c. pimento cheese
2 tbsp. flour (heaping)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs

Drain asparagus and reserve liquid. Mix asparagus liquid with butter, pimento cheese and flour. Heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.

In casserole dish arrange layers of asparagus, chopped egg and crumbs. Continue layers until all ingredients used. Top with additional bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
