GARLIC GREEN BEANS 
2 lbs. fresh full-length green beans
2 finely diced garlic cloves
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Cook green beans only until tender. Combine with garlic cloves and other ingredients and toss until butter melts, gently reheating if necessary. Server immediately.
