GREEN BEANS AND GARLIC 
1/2 to 1 pound fresh green beans
3 to 4 cloves garlic, diced
1 can bouillon of your choice
1 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste
Your desired amount of freshly grated parmesan

Heat skillet to medium high heat add butter and diced garlic just b4 garlic turns brown add green beans and sear. Add bouillon to pan and cover. Reduce heat and gently boil until beans are a crisp tender. Remove lid and reduce sauce. (If you prefer your beans a little crisper remove before reducing the sauce. Add beans again to heat before serving)

While still warm but right before serving, top with the desired amount of Parmesan.

Great served with garlic seared Tilapia and Portabello mushrooms with wild rice.
