GARLIC GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. fresh green beans
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley

Wash green beans; trim ends and remove any strings. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Add beans. Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside. Saute garlic in butter in large skillet; add beans, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley. Yield; 4 servings.
