HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
6-8 green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. frozen hash browns

Melt 1 stick butter. Pour over crackers and stir. Set aside. Saute chopped onion in remaining butter. Add sour cream, soup and Cheez Whiz. Heat. Mix in hash browns and stir. Pour in large greased dish. Top with crackers. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
