GREEN BEAN PAPRIKA 
1 lb. green beans
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

In a 3 quart pan, bring 2 quarts water and salt to a boil; drop in green beans. Cut into 1 inch pieces (3 cups). Cook uncovered 10-15 minutes and drain.

Melt butter in casserole. Add chopped onion and cook 4-5 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in paprika until onions are coated. Beat flour into sour cream, then stir into onions in skillet. Add salt. Simmer 4-5 minutes and stir into beans; simmer all 5 minutes more.
