HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ham, ground
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. celery
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Mix all together well and shape into 10 small loaves. Bake in a shallow pan, baste sauce over, spoon off grease. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

TANGY SAUCE:

8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. brown sugar

Heat mixture. If necessary stretch catsup. Baste ham loaves while they are baking.
