DIABETIC APPLESAUCE CUPCAKES 
1/3 c. butter
11 packets Sweet Magic
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter and sweetener. Add the beaten egg and the applesauce and mix well. Sift the flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cocoa. Add a little of the flour mixture to the applesauce mixture and then add the raisins. Spray Pam in cupcake tins and bake cupcakes in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
