1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. chopped pecans, optional

Mix thoroughly. Form into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until brown 15 or 20 minutes.
