SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
2 pounds uncooked sausage
1 1/2 c all purpose baking biscuit mix
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese or 4 c. shredded
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Shred cheese and mix all ingredients together. Form 1 in. balls.

Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet or until golden brown. For a firmer texture add extra 3 c. biscuit mix and 2 c cheese to the ingredients listed above.

This can be frozen uncooked.
