SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. water

Mix with hands until crumbly. Form into small balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 dozen.

Always a hit, wherever I take them. But this recipe is twice as good with Hot (spicy) sausage and Sharp Cheddar cheese (grated). The flavors intensify! And they're also great with a little dunk into strawberry or grape jelly!
