1 lb. hot sausage (Owens or Jimmy Dean's)
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick, (5 c. double recipe)

Mix together like meatloaf. Form into small balls and cook on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees, turning frequently until brown. Serves 6.
