HOT SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PUFFS 
1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water

Cook sausage, breaking it up, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Spoon sausage into large bowl. Cool. Add cheese, Bisquick mix and water. Mix until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheets.

Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes.

Makes 120 puffs.

Note For 12 Servings, Use:

1/4 lb. sausage
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 to 4 tbsp. water
