HOLIDAY SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve lime gelatin in 2 cups boiling water and pour into a 3 quart mold. Refrigerate till set. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water in top of double boiler; place over hot water. Add marshmallows and melt. Cool. Add pineapple and juice. Beat cream cheese till soft, slowly add lemon mixture; fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold over first layer. Refrigerate till set. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Cool slightly. Pour over second layer. Refrigerate until set.
