SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. regular uncooked rice
4 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
2 env. dry chicken noodle soup
4 c. boiling water

Brown sausage and remove from skillet. Brown celery and onion in the drippings and add sausage and rice. Blend soup mix and boiling water and add mushrooms. Combine all the ingredients in a large casserole, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
