JANICE'S SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
8 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 pkg. Lipton's chicken noodle soup
1 c. raw rice
5 c. water

Brown the sausage and drain off the grease. Put everything into a casserole dish and slice almonds on top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Heat soup and milk in a small saucepan and pour over cooked casserole.
