1 lb. hot sausage, browned, drained & crumbled
1 lb. mild sausage, browned, drained & crumbled
1 bunch spring onions, chopped (bulb & greens)
1 green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® brown rice & seasonings
1 box Lipton noodle soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
4 1/2 c. water

Cook the box of soup in 4 1/2 cups of water. In a large Dutch oven combine the remaining ingredients. Add the soup mixture after it has simmered for 7 minutes, stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
