GOOD AND DIRTY RICE 
1 pkg. herb seasoning rice
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. chopped chicken livers
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Cook rice according to directions on package. Melt butter in heavy large skillet. Saute celery, onions and parsley. Add chopped chicken livers and continue to saute until livers are done. Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Add rice and mix well. May substitute sausage for chicken livers. If sausages are used cook and drain sausages before adding to sausages.
