CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 cans minced clams
4 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. melted butter
50 Ritz crackers, crushed

In casserole dish lightly spray with Pam. Beat the eggs, then add the soups and blend. Stir in butter and minced clams. Add crushed crackers and mix everything together well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
