MICROWAVE LOBSTER TAIL | |
A retired chef gave me this recipe. It works 100%. The lobster tail - cooks in its own juices. This is fantastic. You will not believe anything so wonderful - could be so simple. melted butter 1 lobster tail 1 brown paper bag Put lobster tail into brown paper bag. If bag is thin - use two bags. Fold bag down as much as possible. (Lobster will cook in its own juices). For small tail - microwave 1 1/2 minutes - for large tail - microwave 2-3 minutes. Lobster should be curled and bright red when done. Cut underneath and top shell to remove the meat. Have melted butter ready. Dip in melted butter with each bite. Submitted by: Phyllis Chittum |
