PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Discard wing tip. Cut wing in two at joint. Melt butter. Mix remaining ingredients together. Dip wings in butter. Then roll in cheese mixture. Put in shallow pan lined with foil. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
