CHEESY POTATOES | |
1 lb. Southern-style frozen hash browns 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. onions 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) sour cream Thaw potatoes for 1/2 hour. Then melt the butter and mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered, finish baking another 1/2 hour uncovered. Sprinkle Durkee French fried onions on top for the last 15 minutes of baking. 12 servings. HELPFUL HINT: Use a non-stick baking pan. The cheese can be a mess. |
