POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown southern style potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dry onions, dehydrated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients. Put into 8 x 12 glass baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or microwave on high speed 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
