“CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE” IS IN:

CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 cup sifted flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk

Melt 1 square Baker’s chocolate with 2 tablespoons butter. Add to batter and pour into buttered square brownie (8x8 or 9x9) pan. Sprinkle over the batter a mixture of:

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 rounded tablespoons cocoa.

Pour over all 7/8 cup boiling water.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Tip: To measure 7/8 cup easily, remove 1/8 cup (two tablespoons) liquid from your one cup measure.
