VINEGAR PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix above ingredients thoroughly. In small bowl mix together:

1/2 c. cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Makes 2 double crust pies or 4 single pie crusts. This pie crust freezes well.
