1 lg. box lemon Jello Hot water Cold water, using 1/4 c. pineapple juice to make measure 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. nuts, chopped Miniature marshmallows 1 lg. container heavy whipping cream Mix Jello. Once Jello is set, spoon cut. Add pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Mix together on low speed with hand mixer. Whip heavy cream until it can be spread. Mix heavy cream in Jello with mixer, saving enough for topping to finish. |
