HOLIDAY CHERRY SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello or 2 (3 oz.)
1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple or 15 1/4 oz.
1 1/2 c. ginger ale, Sprite or 7-Up

Put applesauce in a medium saucepan. Heat to boiling and add Jello to pan. Dissolve and stir thoroughly. Remove from heat; add undrained pineapple and ginger ale. Pour into individual serving cups, molds, or a Pyrex dish. Chill until firm. Makes about 12 servings.
