2 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cold water
Ice cubes
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 1/2 c. diced unpeeled red apples
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add lemon juice. Combine cold water and ice to make 2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice. Whisk in salad dressing; chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into 5 cup mold which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold.
