CLOMA'S MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Tostitos

Cook ground meat in skillet until barely done. Add taco seasoning, and stir until meat is coated. Add soup, tomatoes and 1 can of water. Let simmer about 20 minutes. Line a 9x13 inch casserole dish with crushed chips; pour half of mixture over them; sprinkle grated cheese on mixture; repeat layering process. Heat in 350 degree oven until cheese melts.
