CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel chili tomatoes
1 (11 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 pkg. taco mix
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion sauteed in butter

Tear chicken into bite-size pieces (or use hamburger). Mix soups, tomatoes, onions and broth. Heat until melted. Crush chips and alternate in layers of chips, chicken, cheese, and taco mix. Pour half of soup mixture over this and continue to layer. Pour balance of soup and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 300 degrees about one hour.
