COCONUT MACAROONS 
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Blend together milk, coconut and flavoring. Drop by teaspoonsful about 1 inch apart on thoroughly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove from pan at once.
