CELERY CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced celery - sliced on a slant, simmer in a very little water for 4 minutes - drain well
1 can water chestnuts sliced
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. diced pimentos
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all together and put in casserole (buttered) spread on top 1/2 cup bread crumbs sauteed in 4 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
