4 med. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 lg. can condensed milk

Make crust for one 8 or 9 inch pie. Boil potatoes and mash. Beat eggs, add mashed potatoes, melted butter, nutmeg, and vanilla. Mix well. Add milk. Pour into shell and bake at 350 degrees.
