HUCKLEBERRY JELLY 
8 c. huckleberry juice
4 c. choke cherry juice
3/4 c. lemon juice
3 pkg. pectin
16 c. sugar

Mix juice and pectin, bring to a boil. Pour in sugar, bring to a hard boil and boil 1 1/2 minutes. Ladle into hot jars and seal.
