BROCCOLI CHICKEN-CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. fresh broccoli or 2 pkgs. frozen or thawed
Boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2- 2 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. water

Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling water until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and arrange in 12"x8"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with chicken; set aside. In saucepan melt butter; blend in flour and salt until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in bouillon until smooth. Stir over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup cheese and Worcestershire sauce until cheese melts. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining cheese if desired. Bake in preheated oven, 400 degrees, for 20 minutes or until hot.
